What is intermittent fasting? How can we loose weight?

Iam trying to loose weight but I cannot loose many kilos. My friends suggesting me to start intermittent fasting. Can anyone please suggest me what is intermittent fasting? How it should be started?

Dear first will suggest yes it's good to think about your weight and health but make sure don't copy others advise as every person body is different. Make sure first start with healthy eating . Try to do yoga or exercise , specially cardio . It really help in losing weight .prefer doing these work out in the morning.... See more
